Daily maid service is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee of $60 + tax per full service. Fresh linens, towels and trash removal available at $45 + tax per service. Towel and trash removal service is available at $25 + tax per service. All services must be arrange at the resort at least 24 hours in advance. — 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2029

Please note, minimum check-in age is 25 years old. — 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2029

A mandatory departure cleaning fee of $100 + tax (2 bedroom) and $125 + tax (3 bedroom) will be added to your reservation upon booking. — 6/1/2026 - 12/31/2029

A daily resort fee of $25 + tax per villa per night will be added to your reservation upon booking and includes upgraded internet and 2 bike rentals per day. — 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2029
