The Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando has completed renovations and is sure to please every guest. All 1020 guest rooms received a fabulous make-over including new bathroom tile, granite topped vanities, carpeting, window treatments, new lighting fixtures, pillow-topped mattresses and a complete furniture package including writing desk, clothes armoire, easy chair and new complimentary safe, sized right for storage of a laptop computer. FREE Wi-Fi service is now in all rooms. This facility was very nice and friendly. The location is perfect.
Bare bones but clean and great location
Room was much smaller than previous stay at Embassy Suites. Breakfast buffet was pretty much the same each day. Room service had beds made every day but sheets didn't exactly fit the beds. Staff was friendly/check in simple. Pool side rooms were nice, until you went to bed; foot traffic outside room after hours was annoying. Had an issue with the room refrigerator upon arrival but was quickly remedied by staff upon notification. Grounds were clean and free of litter. Would stay at Rosen again if that's what the group chooses; but would probably not book a stay here for a personal vacation.
The hotel is "OK" to keep the trip manageable from a price perspective but I would much rather stay at the Embassy. We save money here there is no doubt, which enables us to use the savings to play better golf courses. In addition, the location is great.

EXCELLENT location to allow for walking to dinner, but facility was a bit tired. It was clean and well maintained, but a bit dated.
The hotel was nice and clean. We were there for the PGA convention so it was a very great location within walking distance to the convention center. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and the food was good. It is also very close walking distance to most

the accommodation's where nice and everything thatyou needed from restaurant's to drug stores where within walkingdistance. quite enjoyable.

Again we have stayed here 4 times and this is great location for a guys holiday as plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms clean and functional.

Nice hotel - friendly staff...they were nice enough to get me a discounted night's stay for guests who came to visit one night at sister property next door. Great experience and we would stay again next time we are in this area.

We have stayed here before prior to Rosen Inn purchase. The rooms have been updated but the bath rooms need an update. Good value though.
Wait staff in the Dining room for breakfast was very good especially the waiter Joseph.

NIce hotel in a great place. Pointe Orlando has a lot to do within walking distance. The place seems nicer since Rosen bought them and they changed from Quality Inn.
Great location. Don't need to drive anywhere for food and/or drink. Tons of options within walking distance.

The Quality Inn Plaza was perfect for what were looking for, nothing over the top but clean, friendly and near all the amenities necessary. The Miller Ale House & Walgreens were perfect.
I was givin a upgrade to rosen plaza and it was grate,
Housekeeping and Security staff were efficient and courteous.
The location is perfect.The staff is attentive. Grabbing a sandwich and a beer at the hotel lounge was convenient.The convenince store was very handy. My only knock is that the hotel restaurant doesn't open early enough to get breakfast before golfing. This needs to be addressed! 6AM would be nice.
A few guys had problems with room keys but the staff was very good at fixing the problems

Good location but not the best hotel I've ever stayed in. For the purposes of the trip and for the price we paid, it worked just fine. Next time I might spend a little more to stay at a slightly nicer hotel.

The golf courses were the major thing I cared about...the room was clean and adequately comfortable. Staff were accommodating and pleasant/helpful and dining area was clean and appealing.
Our stay was more than we expected. Every thing was GREAT.
The hotel was fine. The accomedations were on par with what we were able to spend.
We requested all 4 rooms together and we recieved 2 together on 1 floor, the 2 rooms apart from each other on another floor. I understand taht tehy are busy, but the request was put in well in advance of our arrival. The next day, Latoya did take care of this situation very well. She should be commended.
If it had a hot tub, then it would have been great.
The location of this hotel is the best for a group of golfers....everyone can go in different directions and have fun withing walking distance
I stayed at this facility last year and was not impressed even though it was a good value. This year I noticed several upgrades in the facilities that made for better accomodations.

we ahve stayed at this hotel for 6 years though it is nit the best it is a place to lay your head and is close to resturants and bars
Only criticism would be that breakfast didn't start until 6:30 which was too late for me before leaving for the course. Also the convenience store was advertised to be open 24/7 and it was not. Everything else was great.
We came for the golf. The rooms are not important to us. This is a basic, "value" hotel.
Having a fridge and microwave in room is a huge PLUS... should mention that in discriptions of accomodations.
